Payment
You can make a payment using Internet banking and banking cards or after placing the order, we can send you an invoice in your specified e-mail.
You can make a transfer both as a private person and as a legal entity. The transfer must be made upon receipt of the invoice, indicating the invoice number specified in the invoice.
Delivery of the goods will be made only after full payment to the SIA Rubenz.
Delivery
We offer several types of delivery options, depending on your location and preferences - Elkiddo.lv courier, DPD pickup point, Omniva or contacting us in person.
Delivery in Riga and Riga district with Elkiddo.lv courier:
- For purchases up to 50 €- 2.99€
- For purchases over 50 € - FREE delivery throughout the territory of Latvia till nearest DPD or Omniva parcel
Delivery costs for delivery in Latvia:
- Omniva – 2.80€,
- DPD parcel locker - 2.8€
- Courier in Latvia teritory - 7.99€
Additionally we offer free delivery in Adazi and Marupe parish.
For deliveries outside Latvia, please contact us so that we can calculate the delivery costs to your country.
Delivery within 1-5 working days after payment of the order.
For goods not currently in stock, fulfillment term will be coordinated with the customer.
